Shipping policy

We ship to the UK .

Delivery will be approx. 10-14days from approval of design, new designs may take up to 3 days to set up so please allow for this on top of the 10-14 days. 

Orders may take a little longer if items are out of stock, in which case we will contact you with an alternative product or ask if you wish to place the product on back order .

We use Parcelforce or DPD as our main delivery courier . We provide a tracking code with 1 hour time slots for delivery as soon as the products have been dispatched.

Delivery  is charged at £8.95+vat on all orders under £99.99. Any order over £100.00 will receive free delivery.

This does not include schools where shipping policy is approx. 5 working days and a flat rate of £2.50.
