Refund Policy

We cannot refund on personalised items. We ask for approval of any new designs so please check with care the digital or stitched sample sent to you before approving.

Blank items can be returned in its original packaging with labels and unworn within 14 days, this may incur a restocking fee so please check all sizes before ordering.

Faulty Items
Please contact us within 48hrs with any faulty goods, once your logo has been approved any errors in the design will not be accepted as faulty.
